Heavy Equipment Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily inspections of machinery, ensuring fluids, wear parts, tires, glass, and overall condition meet standards.

• Promptly report any issues and required maintenance.

• Operate assigned machinery in a safe and productive manner.

• Adapt to varying conditions, including traffic, soil quality, and weather changes.

• Utilize GPS systems and accurately interpret grade stakes and hubs for grade control and finishing tasks.

• Efficiently manage materials during excavation, loading, placement, grading, and installation of utilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be prepared to perform labor and assist the crew as needed.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in operating heavy earthmoving equipment (such as motor graders, scrapers, dozers, and excavators).

• At least 1 year of experience operating equipment specific to the industry.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, clients, contractors, and vendors.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential for understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and effective team communication.
