Heat Pump HVAC Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create and conduct training programs centered around the operation and maintenance (O&M) of heat pump HVAC systems.

• Develop a curriculum that addresses the specific needs of facilities personnel.

• Provide engaging training sessions that enhance operational confidence.

• Address topics such as preventative maintenance, controls integration, and troubleshooting methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and operations.

• Hands-on and direct experience in the operation and upkeep of electrified HVAC systems.

• Knowledge of air-source, ground-source, or water-source heat pumps.

• Familiarity with Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems and heat pump chillers.

• Training and communication skills necessary for creating instructional content.
