This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Assist in the support and maintenance of InterSystems HealthShare, Cache, and IRIS production environments.
• Develop strategies and solutions aimed at automating operations while enhancing software delivery methodologies and technology processes.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
• Execute backup, recovery, patching, and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) integration tasks.
• Oversee certificates and manage certificate updates across production and lower-level environments.
• Provide Tier 3 operational support for HealthShare applications and related middleware technologies.
• Install, configure, and maintain the base software, kits, and ad-hoc patches for InterSystems HealthShare.
• Assist with OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and integration efforts.
• Monitor system health and performance through tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot middleware and integration challenges in cloud-based environments.
• Contribute to team goals and assume additional responsibilities as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience within Information Technology and/or Federal Government contracting settings.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in coding, supporting, or operating production systems.
• Strong hands-on expertise with InterSystems HealthShare, Cache, and IRIS platforms.
• Experience in automating infrastructure, testing, or deployments using Jenkins, Ansible, or comparable tools.
• Familiarity with supporting cloud environments in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience in developing and maintaining Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including SAFe and DevOps practices.
• Skilled in Unix/Linux administration, Apache, Python scripting, and middleware configuration.
• Experience in configuring and supporting large-scale middleware applications.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
