This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the configuration and enhancement of Epic and/or Meditech revenue cycle applications across front-end, middle, and back-end processes.

• Engage in Epic and/or Meditech implementation or optimization initiatives as a member of a project team.

• Aid in the assessment of current-state workflows and provide suggestions for system-enabled improvements.

• Develop, test, and verify the functionality of Epic and/or Meditech systems, including Patient Access, HIM, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Resolute applications.

• Facilitate the creation and delivery of training materials and sessions for end-users.

• Record workflows, system configurations, and project documentation.

• Collaborate with project team members, client stakeholders, and technical personnel.

• Offer support during go-live phases, including issue tracking and resolution assistance.

• Assist in identifying system or workflow problems and escalate them when necessary.

• Contribute to the sharing of internal knowledge and the documentation of best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of an Associate's degree is required (preferably in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems, or a related field).

• At least 2 years of direct experience with Epic and/or MEDITECH revenue cycle management.

• Background in supporting revenue cycle operations throughout the entire continuum, with a focus on back-end tasks (billing, collections, denials).

• Participation in at least one Epic/MEDITECH implementation or significant optimization project.

• Experience in a consulting, analyst, or operational support role.

• Proficient understanding of Epic or MEDITECH revenue cycle applications.

• Familiarity with revenue cycle workflows, reimbursement models, and compliance regulations.

• Capability to analyze, configure, and optimize workflows and system settings effectively.

• Experience with reporting, analytics, or performance monitoring within Epic/MEDITECH systems.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, depending on client and project requirements.
