This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Ensure a dependable, high-speed internet connection is maintained.
• Address Tech Support inquiries submitted by clinicians or patients from start to finish.
• Organize and manage various project tools, including GitLab, AzureDevOps, spreadsheets, bug trackers, and documents.
• Conduct Tech Calls for patients who are not tech-savvy, primarily older adults in the USA.
• Assist patients in navigating Android tablet usage and verify settings through Samsung Knox.
• Work with RPM devices to confirm they are connected and transmitting accurate data.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Team and Program Managers to escalate and resolve issues.
• Provide technical assistance to clinicians and company support staff.
• Execute queries and analyze data using Azure’s CosmosDB or Device Analytics.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our proprietary app, tablets, RPM devices, and backend systems.
• Support the clinical team with equipment setup and verifying applied security policies.
• Attend and document notes during Technical meetings, focusing on encountered issues and proposed solutions.
• Prior experience in a customer support position, such as Technical Support Specialist or Support Engineer.
• Proficiency in Android Tablets, Samsung Knox Suite, and Knox Manage.
• Competence in managing Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone.
• Familiarity with medical devices, such as Blood Pressure monitors and Pulse Oximeters.
• Knowledge of Athenahealth is preferred.
• Experience with issue tracking software and remote support tools (e.g., Gitlab, Azure DevOps) is advantageous.
• Understanding of technology systems, especially Google Workspace.
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor with excellent English language proficiency (C2 level).
• Proficient in technical debugging techniques, including analyzing metrics and logs on Azure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a healthcare environment is beneficial.
