Technical Analyst – IntelliScript

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Irix technology as a technical subject matter expert.

• Acquire knowledge of the technology's inner workings and effectively communicate them.

• Implement non-clinical adjustments to the Irix Rules Engine and assist with clinical modifications when required.

• Conduct impact and regression testing for client and clinical updates.

• Perform mortality, incidence rate, and decision simulation studies in response to rule changes.

• Aid in user acceptance testing of system modifications.

• Develop, identify, and evaluate test cases for proposed rule modifications.

• Update the project management system with specifications, changes, and task statuses.

• Review and validate the work and results of team members through peer review.

• Prepare and generate reports for evidence-based research initiatives.

• Deploy cloud-based systems for testing purposes.

• Deploy legacy on-premises systems for testing and production environments.

• Manage routine and ad-hoc client and clinical inquiries.

• Oversee internal and external project-related documentation.

• Work independently while maintaining communication and collaboration with the team and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Experience with SQL, encompassing joins, aggregate functions, and stored procedures.

• Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or another object-oriented programming language.

• Capability to utilize Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for analysis, documentation, testing, and productivity.

• Familiarity with Databricks and AWS.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information (HIPAA compliance).

• Competence to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

• Capacity to adhere to established processes and deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to engage directly with clients to understand configuration requirements and provide technical insights.

• Self-motivated and focused on finding solutions.

• Willingness to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as necessary and travel nationwide.
