This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research and analyze issues to develop potential solutions, including alternatives to address system limitations.
• Offer onsite support and assistance with application usage.
• Evaluate workflows in real-time and suggest enhancements.
• Enhance efficiency and advocate for best practices.
• Aid in onboarding new practices for providers and staff.
• Support the complete clinic workflow from check-in to check-out.
• Deliver 1:1, group, personalized lab augmentation, and presentation-based training.
• Manage and own the Epic optimization lifecycle.
• Serve as a liaison between Epic1 teams and clinical operations.
• Log and troubleshoot break-fix tickets, ensuring follow-up on resolutions.
• Assist end-users through process improvement initiatives and quality assurance efforts.
• Provide continuous clinical systems training and evaluate new-user proficiency.
• Review, test, and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
• Deliver daily application support through clinical report reviews, audits, downtime procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate changes and upgrades in clinical systems to operations.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification, or a combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Capability to independently research and analyze issues while generating solution options.
• Ability to evaluate workflows and recommend improvements.
• Proficiency in supporting the entire clinic workflow from check-in to check-out.
• Competence in providing both 1:1 and group training tailored to end-user needs.
• Availability for flexible hours to accommodate provider schedules.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Successful completion of mandatory pre-employment screening.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: Epic Certification from Epic Systems.
• Preferred skills include: Epic Systems, Hospital Experience, Interpersonal Communication, Medical Knowledge, Medical Practices, Oral Communication, University Education, and Written Communication.
