This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the planning, development, and execution strategies for intricate healthcare relocation projects.
• Assist in the evaluation, development, and budgeting of complex healthcare and laboratory relocation initiatives.
• Supervise all operational, administrative, and strategic functions from the initial planning stage through to final execution.
• Responsible for the overall success of the project portfolio and project teams while leading a cross-functional group dedicated to delivery.
• Create project scopes, proposals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment among internal team members, clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows, empowering your team to execute effectively while ensuring accountability for quality, timing, and financial outcomes.
• Serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating communications, key decisions, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement standardized protocols, processes, and documentation to ensure operational consistency and compliance with healthcare and laboratory industry standards.
• Organize project plans and coordinate resources in collaboration with design, equipment, transition planning, and construction teams.
• Manage financial controls, including invoice approvals and purchase orders, while delegating daily coordination tasks across the team.
• Monitor project progress through established reporting rhythms, ensuring milestone achievements while proactively addressing risks and constraints.
• Lead your team through critical execution phases, including final building walk-throughs and post-project evaluations, to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Maintain ongoing communication with senior-level internal and external stakeholders, reinforcing adherence to company standards and promoting operational excellence through strong leadership, effective decision-making, and team accountability.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience resulting in extensive knowledge of a field related to the job.
• Capability to convert complex, ambiguous client requirements into clear, actionable healthcare relocation and logistics strategies.
• Experience in developing scopes of work, phasing plans, and operational strategies for large-scale, multi-phase projects.
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to integrate logistics, facilities, equipment, and operational workflows.
• Proficient in building and validating budgets, cost models, and pricing strategies aligned with operational objectives.
• Solid understanding of key cost drivers, including labor, warehousing, transportation, and equipment handling.
• Experience in supporting or leading client-facing solution development and pursuit initiatives.
• Familiarity with relocation logistics, equipment handling, and phased occupancy within active healthcare environments.
• Ability to foresee operational risks and devise practical, field-ready solutions.
• Experience guiding teams through high-risk, complex execution scenarios.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret plans, phasing diagrams, and operational workflows.
