• Lead the strategy for the development, planning, and execution of complex healthcare relocation projects.
• Assist in the evaluation, development, and budgeting for intricate healthcare and laboratory relocation initiatives.
• Supervise all operational, administrative, and strategic activities from the initial planning phase through to final execution.
• Responsible for the overall success of the portfolio and project team, while leading a cross-functional team dedicated to delivery.
• Create project scopes, proposals, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment among internal team members, clients, vendors, and trades.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows to enable your team to execute effectively while upholding accountability for quality, timelines, and financial performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating communications, key decision-making, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement standard protocols, processes, and documentation to promote operational consistency and compliance with healthcare and laboratory industry standards.
• Structure project plans and coordinate resources in collaboration with design, equipment, transition planning, and construction teams.
• Oversee financial controls, including invoice approvals and purchase orders, while delegating daily coordination activities across the team.
• Monitor project progress through established reporting rhythms, ensuring milestone achievements and proactively addressing risks and constraints.
• Guide your team through critical execution phases, including final building inspections and post-project evaluations, to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Maintain ongoing communication with senior-level internal and external stakeholders, reinforcing the adherence to company standards and fostering operational excellence through strong leadership, decision-making, and accountability within the team.
• A bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7+ years of equivalent experience resulting in extensive knowledge in a relevant field.
• Proficient in translating complex and ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable healthcare relocation and logistics strategies.
• Experience in developing scopes of work, phasing plans, and operational strategies for large-scale, multi-phase projects.
• Strong systems thinking ability, capable of connecting logistics, facilities, equipment, and operational workflows.
• Skilled in building and validating budgets, cost models, and pricing strategies aligned with operational plans.
• In-depth understanding of key cost factors, including labor, warehousing, transportation, and equipment handling.
• Experience in supporting or leading client-facing solution development and pursuit initiatives.
• Knowledge of relocation logistics, equipment handling, and phased occupancy in active healthcare settings.
• Capability to anticipate operational risks and formulate practical, field-ready solutions.
• Experience in guiding teams through high-risk, complex execution scenarios.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret plans, phasing diagrams, and operational workflows.
