This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct targeted research to identify valuable referral sources and potential partners within the company's niche, focusing on businesses that cater to affluent clients with significant in-home care needs.
• Execute outbound cold calls to referral sources, facilities, and professionals, with the goal of scheduling warm, in-person meetings for the owner.
• Manage CRM data entry (Zoho or an alternative), ensuring accurate documentation of all outreach efforts, follow-ups, and meeting details.
• Track referral sources, contact history, and meeting outcomes to provide a comprehensive view of marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate email follow-ups with contacts, referral partners, and leads to maintain engagement and foster relationships.
• Monitor and update a limited social media presence (primarily for awareness), posting relevant community and industry content as necessary.
• Sustain professional, relationship-focused communication that embodies the company’s mission and values.
• Adapt outreach strategies based on results, providing suggestions to enhance lead generation and meeting conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the owner to align outreach priorities with high-value marketing opportunities.
• You possess experience in sales, outreach, or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
• You are an effective communicator, adept at purposeful follow-ups and relationship building.
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills and ensure that outreach efforts are tracked and managed efficiently.
• You are comfortable utilizing CRMs such as Zoho or similar tracking tools.
• You remain composed under pressure and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You enjoy creating structure and advancing conversations.
• You are dependable, responsive, and take the initiative proactively.
• You thrive in a collaborative, remote team environment.
• You are willing to work within a US time zone schedule.
• You can ensure the necessary technical setup, which includes:
• At least a 720p HD webcam.

• A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
