This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage the recruitment process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting preliminary phone interviews, coordinating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture a robust network of candidates through thorough market analysis.
• Create an innovative and proactive recruitment strategy to attract both passive and active job seekers.
• Present qualified candidates for open roles and collaborate with hiring managers in the final selection process.
• Experience in recruiting for clinical roles within the US market.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively handle all facets of recruitment, including competitive market analysis, passive candidate sourcing, advanced internet searches, and negotiating and closing offers with candidates.
• Proven track record of surpassing performance expectations and achieving goals.
• Strong commitment to client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in computer skills, including intermediate MS Office capabilities and experience with applicant tracking systems.
