Healthcare Recruiter – US Clients

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to their placement.

• Engage in proactive outreach via phone (mandatory).

• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Handle multiple active job requisitions at the same time.

• Provide high-quality candidates to meet urgent and ongoing client demands.

• Collaborate with Business Development to assist both existing and new healthcare clients.

• Keep accurate records of recruiting activities and candidate documentation.

• Must be a resident of Canada.

• Capable of completing a W-8BEN tax form.

• Able to receive payments in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.

• Strong skills in organization and time management are essential.
