Healthcare Recruiter – Professionals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identifying and proactively engaging with healthcare professionals.

• Actively sourcing candidates through a variety of recruiting channels and networks.

• Developing and nurturing sustainable candidate networks in northern Germany.

• Conducting interviews via telephone, digital platforms, and in-person meetings.

• Providing guidance and support to professionals throughout the entire placement journey.

• Crafting compelling candidate profiles.

• Collaborating closely with the sales team and sales consultants.

• Overseeing and coordinating ongoing hiring processes.

• Keeping track of market and recruiting trends within the healthcare sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or administrative field and/or a university degree.

• Ideally, possessing knowledge or experience in nursing, healthcare, or clinical environments.

• A passion for networking and building enduring relationships.

• Excellent communication and interviewing abilities.

• Strong intuition regarding people, motivation, and potential.

• Ability to work independently with a structured approach.

• High standards of quality and reliability when interacting with candidates and clients.
