Healthcare Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and connect with qualified healthcare professionals via job boards, LinkedIn, and networking opportunities.

• Evaluate applications and perform candidate screenings.

• Effectively communicate job responsibilities and expectations to candidates.

• Submit candidates through our recruitment platform for client assessment.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep organized and monitor activities in our applicant tracking system.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams to achieve monthly placement objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in healthcare recruiting, staffing, sales, or a similar field is preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable working remotely and managing oneself effectively.

• Tech-savvy with familiarity in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

• Must be a U.S. resident and eligible to work.

• Requires a computer, internet access, and a quiet workspace.
