This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and engage qualified RBTs and BCBAs across various markets
• Utilize platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Reddit, and local job boards
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for challenging roles or remote locations
• Maintain outreach consistency while experimenting with different messaging and timing techniques
• Screen incoming applicants and proactively reach out to cold leads
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and background checks as required
• Facilitate a swift and efficient movement of candidates through each hiring phase
• Clearly communicate role expectations, compensation, and onboarding procedures to candidates
• Keep accurate records in the ATS and CRM systems
• Monitor outreach effectiveness and track hiring metrics
• Assist in creating SOPs, outreach templates, and necessary documentation
• Suggest tools and processes that help decrease time-to-hire
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals within the U.S.
• Knowledge of RBT or BCBA pipelines, or similar licensure-focused recruitment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated: you do not wait for guidance
• Tech-savvy and proficient in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
• Experience with ABA, in-home healthcare, or licensed direct care roles (Preferred)
• You will receive compensation in **USD** (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
