This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for healthcare positions, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Create and sustain a pool of qualified candidates for healthcare roles.
• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to grasp their staffing needs.
• Employ various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to discover potential candidates.
• Organize interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep precise records in the applicant tracking system.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in recruiting for Physicians (MD), Pediatricians, and behavioral health professionals is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting healthcare professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and recruiting practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Capability to work remotely while managing multiple priorities.
• Availability to work US hours from Monday to Friday.
