Healthcare Recruiter – ABA Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Identify, screen, interview, and assist in the recruitment of qualified healthcare professionals.

• Coordinate and fulfill cases by pairing available and suitable ABA Therapists, Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs), and BCBAs with families.

• Source, evaluate, and interview potential top candidates for available cases.

• Communicate with clinicians and families to guarantee appropriate coverage.

• Onboard clinicians and prepare them to commence providing services.

• Manage sensitive and nuanced customer service interactions with professionalism and care.

• Ensure all coordination is precise, timely, and organized in a fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Recruiter in the healthcare sector.

• ABA experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• A background in psychology may also be beneficial.

• Excellent proficiency in English communication and fluency.

• High emotional intelligence and strong intuition.

• Friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to act swiftly when necessary.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make "puzzle-piece" matches.

• Good general computer literacy.

• Comfortable working across multiple systems and digital platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Experience with ATS or recruitment platforms is a plus.

• A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download, along with wired Ethernet capability, is required.

• Reliable power backup is essential to manage load shedding or outages.
