Healthcare RCM Sales Executive – Medical Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities throughout the United States.

• Target healthcare professionals including physicians, physician groups, hospitals, specialty clinics, urgent care centers, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health providers, dental practices, and other healthcare organizations.

• Develop and implement focused sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

• Propel new client acquisition, enhance market presence, foster account growth, and expand Amtrix Healthcare’s footprint in the US.

• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, industry associations, webinars, conferences, and various business-development channels.

• Research and assess prospects based on practice size, specialty, payer mix, billing volume, current RCM model, technological framework, operational challenges, and outsourcing needs.

• Conduct discovery calls and perform needs assessments with healthcare decision-makers.

• Identify client pain points and comprehend existing revenue cycle processes.

• Present tailored RCM solutions aligned with the business and operational needs of prospective clients.

• Oversee opportunities throughout the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closure and account growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and medical billing.

• Demonstrated B2B sales experience in RCM, medical billing, healthcare BPO, or healthcare services.

• Familiarity with US healthcare providers, payer processes, and revenue-cycle challenges.

• Strong capabilities in new business development and prospecting.

• Ability to engage healthcare decision-makers and cultivate strategic client relationships.

• Results-driven approach with a strong emphasis on pipeline development and revenue growth.
