Healthcare Quality & Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate FQHC outcome metrics and reporting instruments

• Work in partnership with leadership to monitor performance and assist with accreditation and compliance (HRSA, NCQA, etc.)

• Deliver insights via data analysis, trend reporting, and visualization tools

• Aid in patient satisfaction surveys and initiatives for quality improvement

• Participate in grant reporting and enhancements to systems that influence care outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is necessary

• Required experience in quality and utilization management

• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Compass Health’s EHRs

• Preferred strong skills in report writing and data/statistical analysis

• Preferred solid conceptual framework for measuring outcomes

• CPHQ certification through NAHQ is preferred (can be obtained post-hire)
