
Healthcare Program Manager, Cohort-Based Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the creation and launch of new cohort-based healthcare education programs from initial concept to full implementation.
• Analyze trends in the healthcare workforce, certification pathways, and competitive offerings to shape program strategy.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, faculty members, and subject matter experts to develop and refine curriculum, assessments, and learner experiences.
• Assist in curriculum mapping, competency alignment, course sequencing, and assessment design.
• Ensure that instructional content meets academic quality standards, workforce needs, and learner outcomes.
• Act as the primary day-to-day relationship manager for Penn Foster's partnership with Springboard.
• Build and enhance collaborative relationships with external partners.
• Represent Penn Foster in meetings with partners, offering academic expertise and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives among Academics, Product, Operations, Learner Experience, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Monitor learner performance, completion rates, certification outcomes, and program metrics.
• Utilize research and data to propose improvements to curriculum, learner engagement, and program effectiveness.
• Support readiness for program launches, ongoing operations, and continuous enhancement of cohort-based learning experiences.
• Ensure programs comply with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Create presentations, reports, documentation, and communications for both internal and external audiences.
• Manage multiple priorities while swiftly adapting to changing business needs and partner requests.
• Communicate recommendations, influence stakeholders, and drive decision-making across diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Education, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare education, academic program management, workforce development, or program development.
• Experience in supporting curriculum development or creating educational content.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and external partnerships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Preferred experience with online, hybrid, or cohort-based learning programs.
• Knowledge of healthcare certification pathways and workforce education is preferred.
• Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory standards is preferred.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
• Preferred experience using learner and program data to drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to complete a role-specific assessment.
• Successful completion of all applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
• Completion of employment eligibility verification through Form I-9.
• Ability to work in a remote, on-camera environment and remain on camera during meetings unless extenuating circumstances apply.
