This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and oversee relationships at the executive level with hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and healthcare organizations across the nation, aiming to create new partnership opportunities, enhance enterprise engagement, and drive revenue growth.
• Identify gaps in the workforce and align Risepoint solutions with organizational priorities, including recruitment, retention, career mobility, leadership development, and employee upskilling initiatives.
• Generate and nurture new partnership opportunities by identifying potential organizations, leading discovery meetings, presenting customized solutions, and facilitating negotiations for partnership agreements.
• Take ownership of the business opportunity from initial contact through execution to ensure successful implementation and sustainable partner growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations by linking workforce challenges to scalable education and talent development solutions that yield measurable organizational outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal academic, workforce, and operational teams to create tailored workforce development solutions that aid client growth, employee development, and talent pipeline expansion.
• Support partner initiatives such as apprenticeship pathways, career ladders, clinical workforce pipelines, leadership development programs, and employer-sponsored education models aimed at enhancing workforce stability and organizational performance.
• Create compelling partnership proposals and business cases that effectively demonstrate measurable ROI, workforce impact, employee outcomes, and long-term value creation for partner organizations.
• Assist healthcare organizations in implementing innovative workforce strategies that enhance hiring pipelines, retention, internal mobility, and workforce sustainability.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder healthcare environments and extended sales cycles with confidence, professionalism, and strong business acumen.
• Manage partnership opportunities throughout the entire business development lifecycle, from prospecting and executive engagement to proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, launch coordination, and account expansion.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and work cross-functionally to ensure successful execution, partner satisfaction, and ongoing growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and partnership activity within Salesforce to support performance tracking, reporting, and revenue growth objectives.
• Represent Risepoint at healthcare and workforce development conferences, executive meetings, and industry events to generate new business opportunities and enhance market presence.
• Stay updated on emerging trends affecting healthcare workforce transformation, employer-sponsored education, talent development, and healthcare labor market dynamics.
• Build brand credibility and market awareness through thought leadership, relationship development, and strategic industry engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise partnerships, consultative sales, workforce solutions, or healthcare relationship management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and forming partnerships within healthcare systems, healthcare organizations, or other complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage lengthy consultative sales cycles and influence multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• Experience in meeting or surpassing performance goals, partnership targets, or revenue objectives.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Highly organized with robust project management, pipeline management, and time management skills.
