This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee and enhance the social media presence for the Adult Day Care client.
• Develop and schedule a minimum of one social media post for each weekday, along with additional campaign-related posts as necessary.
• Create content related to dementia care, caregiver support, senior care, veterans, respite care, adult day care, wellness, caregiving tips, and healthcare awareness campaigns.
• Prepare content for client review and secure approval prior to publishing.
• Ensure a consistent posting schedule and maintain a content calendar.
• Utilize client-supplied photos, videos, educational materials, and other assets effectively.
• Analyze social media performance and identify high-engagement content.
• Produce short-form videos and reels under one minute, including educational videos on dementia care and AI-assisted video content.
• Employ HeyGen or similar video creation/editing tools.
• Design simple, professional graphics for educational content, promotions, awareness campaigns, and announcements.
• Uphold visual consistency with the client's branding.
• Manage the existing Mailchimp account and organize the email database.
• Track incoming leads and monitor email subscribers.
• Create and distribute newsletters and promotional email campaigns approximately every two weeks or monthly.
• Monitor the performance and analytics of email campaigns.
• Track marketing metrics, lead sources, lead volume, and conversion-related data.
• Analyze marketing performance and provide fundamental insights.
• Maintain organized lead-tracking reports to inform marketing decisions based on data.
• Assist with basic SEO, keyword and competitor research, Google search visibility, rankings, and website/content visibility.
• Conduct caregiver questionnaire calls via RingCentral.
• Ask questions, listen attentively, accurately enter responses into existing forms, maintain confidentiality, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Schedule appointments and dates in the client's calendar, set reminders, organize schedules, and provide general administrative support.
• Potentially assist later with Veterans Administration-related billing through Optum and maintain billing records.
• Submit deliverables for review and document completed work.
• Support the client in enhancing their online presence, boosting engagement, generating and tracking leads, organizing CRM data, communicating with caregivers, reducing administrative workload, and making data-driven marketing decisions.
• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, initially around 20–30 hours/week.
• Must be available during the client’s working hours in U.S. Eastern Time.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Strong verbal communication abilities and comfort in speaking with U.S.-based caregivers.
• Compassionate, empathetic, patient, understanding, positive, energetic, friendly, professional, confident, proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Comfortable with learning new software and systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Mailchimp is highly desirable.
• Experience in social media management.
• Basic graphic design skills required.
• Experience in creating short-form videos/reels.
• Fundamental understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
• Basic SEO knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret basic analytics is important.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Experience in healthcare, senior care, dementia care, caregiving, or related fields is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp, HeyGen, RingCentral, Zoom, WhatsApp, Dropbox, social media platforms, Canva or similar tools, video editing/reel creation platforms, and Google/SEO tools is highly preferred.
• Experience with Optum is preferred for future billing responsibilities.
• Excellent spoken English is crucial for conducting caregiver questionnaire calls.
• Must be available and actively engaged during paid hours.
• Must remain visible on Zoom with the camera on during working hours.
• Must not engage in other client projects during this client's paid hours.
• Candidates must submit an updated CV/resume, a short video introduction, and relevant portfolio/sample work prior to an interview.
• Potential for transition from part-time to full-time hours based on performance and business needs.
