📋 Description

• Oversee engagement on social media platforms.

• Promote specific locations as appealing holiday destinations using a premier marketing strategy across various platforms.

• Inform, engage, and motivate potential visitors through email, community forums, and social media.

• Ensure proactive interaction across social media channels.

• Conduct timely research and provide relevant answers to inquiries.

• Manage sensitive situations with care and discretion.

• Availability to cover weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Social Media Engagement.

• Strong passion for travel.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Exceptional writing skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation) in both English and French.

• Experience in travel.

• Knowledge of Ireland's geography and points of interest is advantageous.

• Ability to creatively convey tone on social media platforms.

• Empathetic approach to managing sensitive issues with care.

• Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.

• Experience in proactive engagement on social media channels.

• Knowledge of social media tools such as Conversational is a plus.

• Professional experience in community and forum engagement.

• Competence in researching and providing relevant answers promptly.

• Flexible availability and readiness to take on additional shifts at short notice is a plus.

• Experience exploring the island of Ireland is an advantage.

• A dedicated laptop or desktop is required.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM is necessary.

• A reliable internet connection is essential.

• Willingness to install ModSquad security software.

• Willingness to enable two-factor authentication on both your device and mobile phone.

• Primarily seeking candidates based in the US or Europe.

• Weekend coverage is a requirement.
