Healthcare Device Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a Product Collection Program at a customer location as part of the recycling initiative.

• A personal vehicle is necessary for transportation between customer sites, with mileage reimbursed.

• Emphasizes health and safety by following established policies and processes while consistently maintaining safe practices.

• Offers inspection services to clients, including the inspection of collection bins, data gathering through a mobile app, packaging full containers for shipment, and conducting various facility inspections as required.

• Prepares weekly reports via a mobile app that detail activities and collaborates with clients to enhance program efficiencies.

• Manages project billing and cost tracking operations as needed.

• Maintains an inventory of supplies necessary for conducting inspections.

• Obtains and retains credentials to provide services at client locations.

• Completes all required training as provided by Arcwood.

• Responds as necessary to assist customers during off-hours.

• Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team and the organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Previous work experience (required); experience in a customer service environment is preferred.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between customer sites (required).
