This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Respond to incoming customer calls
• Engage with customers thoughtfully to identify their needs
• Perform research across various systems to address inquiries
• Offer clear and accurate information to assist consumers in navigating healthcare options
• Handle a high volume of interactions while ensuring quality and professionalism
• Adhere to a set schedule, including specified breaks and lunch periods
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs
• Proficient in working with computer systems and Windows-based applications
• A designated, distraction-free workspace at home
• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum of 25 mbps)
