This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Address customer inquiries by exploring creative solutions to diverse questions, issues, and concerns.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to address their inquiries or issues.
• Remain composed while working to resolve and de-escalate any challenges that arise.
• Escalate interactions when deemed necessary and suitable.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or facilitate payment processing as needed.
• Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide insights on call-related issues.
• Upsell products or services when appropriate.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based platforms.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
