This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Address customer inquiries by discovering creative solutions to a variety of questions, issues, and concerns.
• Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their inquiries or problems.
• Calmly work to resolve and de-escalate any conflicts.
• Escalate interactions as necessary and appropriate.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments when needed.
• Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback regarding call issues.
• Engage in upselling when required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
