Healthcare Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients.

• Oversee both incoming and outgoing customer interactions.

• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and/or social media platforms.

• Resolve customer issues and de-escalate situations as needed.

• Refer interactions to higher management when necessary and appropriate.

• Respond to requests for assistance and/or facilitate payment processing.

• Monitor call-related data for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Provide insights on call-related issues.

• Engage in upselling when necessary.

• Utilize web-based tools to ensure a smooth customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Proficient typing skills of at least 25 words per minute.

• Comfortable using desktop computer systems.

• Basic understanding of Windows-based systems.

• Ability to adhere to a structured schedule with various shifts.

• A dedicated workspace close to the router with a wired Ethernet connection.

• Internet speed must be a minimum of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

• ISP latency should be under 50ms.

• Internet connection must not be satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN.

• Proof of internet speed must be provided.

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
