This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
β’ Healthcare Customer Service Representatives address customer inquiries by discovering creative solutions to various questions, issues, and concerns.
β’ Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their inquiries or issues.
β’ Diligently work to resolve and de-escalate any challenges that arise.
β’ Appropriately escalate interactions when necessary.
β’ Respond to requests for assistance and/or facilitate payment processing when needed.
β’ Maintain records of all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
β’ Provide constructive feedback regarding call-related issues.
β’ Upsell products or services as required.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ Capable of typing a minimum of 25 words per minute.
β’ Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based platforms.
β’ Preferably have experience in customer service and/or sales.
β’ A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
