Healthcare Compliance Coordinator – ABA Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Generate daily reports on the Rethink platform to pinpoint unsubmitted or unverified session notes from the prior day.

• Reach out to RBTs through email, phone, and text to remind and assist them in finalizing session notes.

• Utilize existing email templates to ensure uniform communication.

• Identify any technical difficulties or obstacles hindering timely submissions and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.

• Keep accurate records of follow-up communications and their outcomes.

• Foster positive, supportive relationships with field staff to promote compliance.

• Collaborate with team members to address recurring issues and enhance the submission process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A fixed fibre line with a minimum upload and download speed of 25 Mbps.

• Capability to support a wired Ethernet connection.

• A reliable power backup solution to handle load shedding and power outages.

• Must reside in South Africa.

• Familiarity with Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) practices and the role of RBTs is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.

• Experience with the Rethink platform is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage a high volume of daily follow-ups.

• Proficient problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally, including adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Understanding of ABA terminology and the significance of session notes is beneficial.

• Experience in a compliance or quality assurance role within healthcare is advantageous.

• Capacity to adjust communication style to suit various personalities and situations.
