This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, manage, and expand a national pipeline of hospital, IDN, and GPO prospects through cold outreach, referrals, and thorough healthcare database research.
• Engage in initial qualification discussions with hospital administrators, C-suite executives, and clinical decision-makers to assess fit and interest.
• Organize and assist with discovery calls and introductory meetings involving WCA's senior executive team, ensuring a smooth and informed transition.
• Keep precise CRM records and aid in pipeline reporting and forecasting.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing on outreach initiatives and contribute to messaging that connects with hospital leadership.
• Remain knowledgeable about CMS regulatory trends, hospital outpatient program economics, and the competitive landscape to enhance your outreach strategy.
• Represent WCA at healthcare conferences and industry events as required.
• Over 3 years of experience in healthcare business development, hospital sales, or lead generation.
• Familiarity with hospital outpatient programs, wound care, or specialty service lines.
• Experience interacting with hospital administrators, C-suite contacts, and clinical leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities and perform clean, informed transitions to senior sales leadership.
• Relationship-oriented with a strategic mindset and a genuine hunter mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in CRM systems and knowledgeable about healthcare sales processes.
• Self-motivated individual who excels independently in a fast-paced environment.
