This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage intricate user cases from start to finish

• Liaise with providers and insurers to confirm coverage and rectify issues

• Champion the user by diligently advancing cases

• Maintain comprehensive and high-standard case documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in patient or healthcare advocacy, medical billing, or health insurance

• Proficient in collaborating directly with provider offices, health insurers, and debt collection agencies

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling of PHI

• Strong communication skills, particularly in delivering challenging news or complex information

• Availability to work a flexible schedule of 40 hours between 7am - 8pm EST, 7 days a week
