This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Engage in a dynamic and expanding industry to assist families and professional referral sources in finding suitable community placements or home care agencies for seniors who need urgent discharge from hospitals or skilled nursing facilities.
• Achieve your monthly target quota by generating daily qualified patient referrals from your designated market plan accounts, leading families to select senior care options.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients, including social workers, case managers, and discharge planners, specifically within hospitals and skilled nursing centers in this territory.
• Develop, manage, and expand your book of accounts to boost referral volume in your area.
• Build new connections within each account through networking, cold calling, and service presentations, while following up with referral sources on discharge outcomes to highlight the value A Place for Mom provides.
• Inform families about their care choices and how they can collaborate with you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the ideal senior living solution upon discharge.
• Collaborate with your partner Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet your target quota of families transitioning into communities or utilizing home care services.
• Utilize and analyze reports in our CRM and internal systems to effectively manage your pipeline.
• Initiate new projects, tests, and processes (e.g., account scoring, CRM modifications) in your territory, providing feedback to enhance the tools and resources available to you.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in outside sales as an individual contributor with strong skills in prospecting and lead generation.
• Familiarity with the Senior Living Industry.
• Experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility sales.
• A proven history of surpassing sales quotas and working collaboratively with other teams to achieve success.
• Must possess a relationship-driven approach with a strategic mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to present to target customers effectively and address objections.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and independent environment, showing readiness to tackle new processes and accomplish tasks.
• Eager to learn and enhance skills with a competitive spirit.
• Expected to travel daily to accounts in your territory during the business week (locally).
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
