This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Engage in a dynamic and expanding industry dedicated to assisting families and professional referral sources with seniors who need urgent discharge into a community that meets their needs or with a home care agency during their transition from a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
• Achieve your monthly target quota by ensuring families select a senior care option through the generation of daily qualified patient referrals from your designated market plan accounts.
• Currently manage a portfolio of clients, including social workers, case managers, and discharge planners, specifically within hospitals and skilled nursing centers in this open territory.
• Develop, manage, and expand your accounts to boost referral volume in your territory.
• Foster new relationships within each account through networking, cold calls, and service presentations, while following up with each referral source on discharge outcomes to underscore the value that A Place for Mom provides.
• Inform families about their care options and how they can collaborate with you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the most suitable senior living option upon discharge.
• Collaborate with your partner Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet your target quota of families moving into a community or employing in-home care services.
• Utilize and assess reports in our CRM and internal systems to effectively manage and develop your sales pipeline.
• Test new initiatives, processes, and tools (e.g., account scoring, CRM modifications) in your territory, providing feedback to enhance the resources available to you.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor with outstanding prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Familiarity with the Senior Living Industry.
• Experience in sales within hospitals or skilled nursing facilities.
• A proven history of surpassing sales quotas and collaborating effectively with other teams to achieve success.
• Must possess a relationship-driven approach with a strategic mindset.
• Demonstrated success in presenting to target customers and effectively managing objections.
• Flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic, independent work environment, showing a willingness to actively engage, test new processes, and complete tasks.
• Eager to learn and improve, coupled with a strong competitive drive.
• Expected to travel daily within your territory to engage with accounts during the five-day business week (locally).
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Effective time management capabilities.
• Technologically savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
