This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver the Reed Wellbeing group-based diabetes prevention program in a professional, engaging, and motivational manner, following our established curriculum, resources, and quality standards.
• Customize and adapt the delivery approach to enhance participant engagement and learning.
• Actively promote the program within the community in alignment with national and local initiatives.
• Assist line management in coordinating and planning your service delivery.
• Support and monitor participant progress throughout the program, accurately capturing relevant data, ensuring quality delivery, and fulfilling commissioner reporting requirements.
• Contribute proactive ideas to enhance service offerings.
• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Diabetes, Education, Nutrition, or Fitness.
• A passion for health and wellbeing, with an enthusiastic and authentic approach to assisting participants in improving their health.
• Strong, engaging, and empathetic communication skills.
• Capability to coach individuals and groups in identifying solutions and developing knowledge and skills to support behavioral or lifestyle changes.
• Highly organized with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness and ability to participate in initial training and continuous professional development as required.
• Proficiency in community languages is a plus.
