This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with Sentinel’s clientele.
• Guide the client experience through proactive outreach, prompt responses, expert counsel, and advocacy for designated clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings and oversee service-level agreements.
• Address direct client inquiries and assist in managing overall plan operations.
• Handle escalated client and participant matters via the Sentinel ticketing system.
• Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve non-routine inquiries and challenges.
• Utilize Sentinel’s tools and data to aid clients in formulating strategies for employee benefits education and selection.
• Discover innovative solutions to fulfill client needs and enhance existing processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and different business units to achieve results.
• Manage and surpass client expectations.
• 3–5 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field within the financial or benefits services sector.
• Capability to obtain Section 125 Cafeteria Plan certification within one year of employment.
• Proficiency in communicating with clients to address issues and foster a positive experience.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Skill in collaborating with individuals from diverse disciplines and varying levels of technical and industry expertise.
• Experience in servicing multiple clients promptly and accurately.
• Eagerness for continuous learning and capacity to utilize resources for information gathering.
• Readiness to embrace new clients, projects, and responsibilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal colleagues.
• Proficient time management skills to meet deadlines and fulfill client expectations.
• Drive to streamline processes and enhance efficiencies.
• Familiarity with managing reimbursement accounts (FSA, HRA, HSA) is a plus.
