This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions with healthcare professionals to convey product and therapeutic information.

• Provide clear, compliant, and evidence-based communication to facilitate safe and appropriate prescribing decisions.

• Uphold a strong customer focus and deliver value in every interaction.

• Create and implement an annual territory business plan that aligns with corporate and franchise goals.

• Identify opportunities for growth and execute strategies to meet sales objectives.

• Monitor the performance of the territory and adapt activities based on insights and business requirements.

• Cultivate and sustain strong, credible relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding their clinical and practice needs.

• Recognize partnership opportunities and provide solutions that improve patient care and clinical outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to enhance customer impact.

• Plan, design, and execute educational and promotional initiatives tailored to customer needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions within CRM systems.

• Oversee territory administration, including call reporting and expense management.

• Ensure adherence to all internal policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related discipline.

• 5–7 years of sales experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.

• Experience in CNS or ADHD therapeutic areas is advantageous but not required.

• Valid driver's license.

• CCPE Basic Accreditation (preferred or to be obtained).

• Strong business acumen with the capability to develop and implement territory plans.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals.

• Proven ability to establish long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

• Analytical mindset with the capacity to identify opportunities and drive results.

• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach.
