This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with a targeted group of physicians and healthcare professionals through in-person, virtual, and telephone meetings to provide essential information about the company and its products, enabling providers to make well-informed decisions for their patients.

• Strategize, create, and/or implement educational and promotional initiatives customized to meet client needs, ensuring balanced information on therapeutic areas and product-specific requirements is available.

• Establish and nurture trustworthy relationships with healthcare professionals via in-person, virtual, and telephone communications, aiming to understand their needs and identify opportunities for partnership or value-added services for their practices.

• Complete territory-related administrative duties promptly to fulfill internal requirements and objectives (such as daily CRM visit entries and weekly expense reports).

• Formulate and carry out an annual business plan to pinpoint potential commercial opportunities within the territory and ensure that corporate objectives are achieved.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, business, or equivalent).

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales.

• A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

• A valid driver’s license.

• CCPE–CFPC basic accreditation.

• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities to evaluate, develop, and implement business plans at the territory level.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients and colleagues in commercial endeavors.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain credible relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding their needs and delivering value during every interaction.

• A commitment to fostering a collaborative team atmosphere and a proven ability to work effectively with colleagues and cross-functional partners.

• Exceptional attention to detail, the capability to manage multiple files concurrently, and essential organizational skills to navigate the complexities and demands of the role.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel.

• Must reside in or near the designated territory.
