Health & Safety Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with Polish occupational health and safety regulations (Kodeks pracy, rozporządzenia BHP)

• Perform workplace risk assessments and maintain comprehensive documentation

• Organize and provide necessary OSH training for new employees and periodic refreshers

• Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses; compile detailed reports

• Coordinate medical examinations (badania wstępne, okresowe, kontrolne)

• Collaborate with PIP, Sanepid, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance

• Maintain OSH records and internal audit timelines

• Advise management on safety enhancements and legal updates

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education or post-graduate certification in BHP/OSH (as per Rozporządzenie MEN 2004)

• Demonstrated experience in an OSH position

• Strong understanding of Polish labor law and BHP regulations

• Proficiency in Polish (required); English is an advantage

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
