Health, Safety, Environment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure uniform implementation of EHS risk mitigation strategies across various operations

• Implement EHS tools and methodologies developed by the center in the field

• Offer proactive technical and regulatory EHS advice

• Conduct EHS program audits and support site-specific EHS program self-evaluations

• Promote local EHS initiatives to minimize EHS risk exposures

• Collaborate with site leaders to identify opportunities for enhancing plan execution

• Oversee assigned EHS incident investigations as instructed by leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Science, or EHS-related fields

• A minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience in manufacturing, foodservice, and/or distribution sectors

• Professional certification (CSP, CIH, PE) or the capability to obtain certification is an advantage

• Understanding of various EHS federal and state regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA) and industry benchmarking standards

• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
