Health Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Deliver professional presentations to targeted physicians within the designated territory.

• Engage with practicing doctors, hospitals, and other health-related organizations and personnel.

• Showcase Pfizer products to specified physicians to enhance prescription rates.

• Maintain records of contacts with doctors and chemists, as well as track call activities.

• Develop weekly and monthly call plans for managerial approval.

• Submit call reports to the Health Representative Manager.

• Adhere to approved tour programs and provide coverage updates in scheduled meetings.

• Organize product group meetings with physicians.

• Keep abreast of competitive products and report on competitors' promotional and marketing strategies.

• Offer feedback to the manager and marketing team regarding promotional initiatives.

• Collaborate with distributors to ensure product stock availability at retail locations.

• Aim to increase prescription flow from targeted doctors and report outcomes.

• Relay technical inquiries from doctors to the Medical Division.

• Uphold a professional appearance, maintain records, detailing kit, and vehicle.

• Submit expense reports and leave requests by the designated deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.

• Pharm D degree is preferred.

• Recent graduates to those with 6 months to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales are preferred.

• Familiarity with assigned products and their competitive landscape.

• Capability to deliver professional presentations to physicians.

• Proficient in preparing and maintaining contact and call records for doctors and chemists.

• Skilled in creating weekly and monthly call plans.

• Able to submit call reports and expense reports by established deadlines.

• Competent in maintaining records, detailing kit, and vehicle.

• Willingness to operate within an assigned territory and engage with physicians, hospitals, and health-related organizations.
