Health Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Deliver professional presentations to targeted physicians within the designated territory.

• Engage with practicing doctors, hospitals, and other health-related organizations and personnel.

• Promote Pfizer products for approved indications to enhance prescription rates.

• Maintain contact records for doctors and chemists, along with detailed call logs.

• Create and submit weekly and monthly call plans for approval.

• Report call outcomes to the Health Representative Manager.

• Adhere to the approved tour itinerary and provide coverage during scheduled meetings.

• Organize Product Group Meetings with physicians to discuss products comprehensively.

• Stay informed about competitive products and report on competitors' promotional and marketing strategies.

• Offer regular feedback to the manager and marketing team.

• Collaborate with distributors to ensure product availability at retail shelves.

• Implement strategies to boost prescription flow and report observations.

• Relay technical inquiries from doctors to the Medical Division.

• Maintain accurate records, including detailing kits and vehicles; submit expenses and leave requests by deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science.

• Pharm D is preferred.

• Fresh graduates to candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales are preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of assigned and competing products.

• Proficient in delivering professional presentations to physicians.

• Capable of preparing and maintaining records of doctor/chemist contacts and call logs.

• Skilled in drafting weekly and monthly call plans.

• Ability to submit call reports and expenses punctually.

• Competent in adhering to approved tour programs and scheduled calls.

• Able to coordinate with distributors to ensure product stock availability.

• Capable of forwarding technical inquiries to the Medical Division.

• Well-groomed and proficient in maintaining records, detailing kits, and vehicles.
