Health Navigation Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert to guarantee the precise, efficient, and compliant execution of assigned processes.

• Keep process documentation and work instructions up to date for consistent implementation, knowledge sharing, and business continuity.

• Carry out assigned tasks and offer guidance, feedback, and support to team members.

• Track process performance, identify root causes, and propose solutions and enhancements.

• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of related team processes to provide cross-functional assistance and coverage.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to achieve operational objectives, service delivery requirements, and client expectations.

• Assist with ad hoc requests, special projects, testing activities, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance processes, documentation, tools, and workflows to promote operational excellence and minimize risk.

• Manage multiple priorities effectively while adhering to deadlines, service levels, and quality standards.

• Strengthen operational discipline through structured problem-solving, consistent documentation, and proactive risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, client delivery, project coordination, reporting support, process enhancement, or a related business support role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to assess information, identify issues, and propose solutions.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Dedication to process excellence and the ability to identify and implement improvements for efficiency and consistency.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively and independently while collaborating with teams and cross-functional partners.

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Eligibility to work in the employing country without current or future visa sponsorship.
