This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Convert sanctioned IT and EHR system modifications into training implications and educational necessities.
• Create, revise, and sustain IT-focused training resources, job aids, and learning tools that align with clinical and operational workflows.
• Organize training timelines in conjunction with system updates, improvements, and go-live events.
• Conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions for both end users and super-users.
• Assist with training readiness evaluations and monitor adoption metrics to enhance user preparedness and system usage.
• Provide support during go-live phases and post-implementation training for optimization.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of training.
• Manage training documentation and learning management materials in compliance with Government records management and security standards.
• Proven experience in delivering training for IT or healthcare systems, ideally within an EHR context.
• Strong grasp of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and role-specific training methodologies.
• Certification in instructional design or a similar discipline is mandatory.
• Capability to translate technical system updates into clear, accessible training materials.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with a track record of supporting large-scale implementations across varied user groups.
• Ability to secure and maintain a DHS/ICE fitness determination (public trust) and sign a DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement.
