This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Deliver operational support for technical assistance initiatives on a national level.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders involved in programs to create and develop products or services that meet contract deliverables.
• Supervise program activities, ensuring timeliness and adherence to internal quality control standards.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with project teams.
• Provide guidance to internal and/or project teams.
• Generate status reports and promptly address any issues.
• Research and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create, update, review, and distribute precise documentation in line with established processes and 508 compliance requirements.
• Conduct final reviews of documents prior to Manager approval.
• Perform assessments and analyses of client needs.
• Manage client expectations and foster relationships.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure programs and services align with client expectations.
• Engage with customers, partners, and other contractors to successfully complete tasks.
• Coordinate with managers to align client expectations with contract stipulations.
• Support management by assigning and reviewing tasks, developing processes, and mentoring and training staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, health care, or equivalent training and/or experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in health informatics or portfolio management.
• 2-3 years of experience in client/customer management, handling client expectations and relationships.
• 3-5 years of experience leading professional or support teams.
• Demonstrated experience with health-related systems and/or corporate systems.
• Advanced knowledge and experience using Windows, all Microsoft Office products, and other PC-based software applications.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with database applications, data trending/graphics, and reporting tools.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience in data collection techniques, basic data analysis, and graphical data representation.
• Active Enterprise User Administration (EUA) ID required, or completion of necessary training to obtain an EUA ID.
• Positions associated with specific contracts may necessitate U.S. Citizenship.
