This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Provide operational assistance to national technical support programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders involved in programs to create and develop products or services that meet contract deliverables.
• Supervise program activities, ensuring timeliness and adherence to internal quality control standards.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with project teams.
• Guide internal and/or project teams, deliver status updates, and troubleshoot issues.
• Investigate and resolve issues using relevant knowledge and expertise.
• Create, update, review, and disseminate accurate documentation in accordance with established procedures and 508 compliance standards.
• Conduct final document reviews prior to Manager review and approval.
• Perform analysis and assessment of client needs.
• Manage client expectations and foster relationships.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure programs and services meet or exceed client expectations.
• Engage with customers, partners, and other contractors to guarantee successful task completion.
• Coordinate with managers to align client expectations with specific contract requirements.
• Support management in leading teams by assigning and reviewing tasks, developing processes, and providing coaching and training to staff.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, health care, or equivalent training and/or experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in health informatics or portfolio oversight.
• 2-3 years of client/customer management experience, including managing and owning client expectations and relationships.
• 3-5 years of experience leading professional or support staff.
• Demonstrated experience with health-related systems and/or corporate systems.
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Windows, all Microsoft Office products, and other PC-based software applications.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with database applications, data trending/graphics, and reporting tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of data collection techniques, basic data analysis, and graphical representation of data.
• Active Enterprise User Administration (EUA) ID required, including an ICT account and EUA ID for regular access to CMS federally controlled information systems.
• If not currently possessing an active EUA ID, must complete necessary training and obtain the EUA ID.
• Certain contracts may require U.S. Citizenship.
• Experience with CMS and/or other federal agencies is preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMI alternative payment models is preferred.
• Experience with CMS systems such as 4i, ServiceNow, ISP systems, and CMS Confluence systems is advantageous.
