This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Identify, define, and promote projects concerning provider EMR connections, ESF2 supplemental data, and HEDIS optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to adhere to established timelines and milestones.
• Take charge of the configuration aspects of provider EMR connectivity, encompassing targeted extract creation and optimization.
• Set up filtering and mapping logic to ensure accurate and reliable data flow.
• Oversee membership delivery and carry out general troubleshooting and optimization tasks.
• Create and uphold project tracking systems that ensure accountability and provide transparency in leadership across HDE, HEDIS, and Provider Enablement workstreams.
• Monitor the status and progression of live and optimized capabilities.
• Assist with vendor- and provider-oriented tasks, including identifying opportunities, conducting analyses, and facilitating communications.
• Prepare and manage materials to enhance provider engagement and adoption.
• A bachelor's degree.
• Certification in one or more of the following: EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic Healthy Planet, Epic Referrals and Authorizations, Epic Care Everywhere, Epic Health Information Management, and/or Epic Bridges.
• Experience in a managerial position within a payer or large academic Epic environment.
• Exposure to HEDIS, Clinical Documentation Integrity, Release of Information, Risk Adjustment, Value-Based Care, and/or CMS-0057 implementations.
• Expertise in the Epic Clarity Data Model, Epic Clinical Data Model, and/or Epic Cogito Tools Admin.
• Proficiency in business intelligence development tasks, including query optimization and job automation (SQL, JSON, Python, SSMS, etc.).
• A clinical background.
• Previous experience with an EMR vendor implementation and/or technical services team.
