This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver virtual customer coaching and support via video and telephone.
• Assess customer health education needs through focused health assessment activities.
• Partner with customers to create health improvement plans, establish personalized, evidence-based goals, and assist them in achieving these goals.
• Encourage customers to actively participate in managing their health outcomes.
• Help customers navigate obstacles to achieving better health.
• Organize and facilitate various health and wellness promotional initiatives, including group coaching, wellness challenges, and health seminars.
• Use biometric data and motivational interviewing techniques to work with customers towards improved clinical outcomes.
• Offer in-person assistance for health-related events, such as open enrollment, wellness committee facilitation, flu shot clinics, health fairs, etc., up to 10% of the time.
• Strong clinical skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Registered Dietitian licensed in the respective state or Exercise Physiologist is strongly preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is mandatory, with possession upon hire or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required, with the ability to pass both oral and written language assessments.
• High energy level and dynamic presentation skills are essential.
• Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating healthy behaviors.
• A genuine passion for health improvement is necessary.
• Capability to work independently.
• Customer-centric approach is crucial.
• Ability to proactively engage in professional collaboration with clients and other partners.
• Comprehend and take ownership of various clinical targets and outcome measurements. Formulate action plans that enhance clinical value for customers and clients.
• Demonstrated administrative skills, with proficiency in computer and software applications.
• Must reside within 50 miles of downtown Orlando, FL.
