Bilingual Live Medical Scribe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Document patient consultations and procedures in real-time during appointments.

• Prepare and review medical charts prior to and following patient visits.

• Accurately capture: Patient histories, Exam findings, Treatment plans, Clinical notes.

• Format documentation using: SOAP notes, Provider-specific templates, EMR/EHR systems.

• Maintain precise and organized medical records.

• Support provider follow-ups and manage patient communication workflows.

• Assist with: Orders, Documentation updates, Clinical coordination, Administrative follow-up tasks.

• Verify prescriptions and initiate prior authorizations as necessary.

• Coordinate documentation with healthcare providers and clinical staff.

• Aid in maintaining efficient patient flow and enhancing provider productivity.

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold strict patient confidentiality.

• Confirm that all medical documentation remains accurate, complete, and ready for audits.

• Adhere to provider documentation standards and clinical workflows.

• Stay informed about medical terminology and best practices in healthcare documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — REQUIRED.

• English proficiency level: C1 or higher is mandatory.

• A minimum of 6+ months of experience as a: Medical scribe, Dental scribe, or Clinical documentation specialist for U.S.-based healthcare providers.

• Graduation from an allied medical program is strongly preferred: MD, DMD, RN, or similar healthcare-related backgrounds.

• Minimum typing speed of 70+ WPM.

• Strong understanding of: Medical terminology, Clinical documentation standards, SOAP note formatting, and Healthcare workflows.

• Experience with: EMR/EHR systems and Medical documentation software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in: Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in fast-paced clinical settings.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
