This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee a substantial number of energy efficiency upgrade projects at varying stages, providing support to customers and coordinating with contractors throughout the process.
• Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers and/or contractors via email, as well as inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries related to participation in energy programs.
• Record conversations with customers, offer recommendations on products or services, and provide guidance on the details of program participation.
• Facilitate follow-up communications and outline next steps for current program participants as required.
• Identify and collaborate with the program team to eliminate obstacles to project completion.
• Assist in customer qualification and handle more complex data entry and incentive processing tasks.
• Manage program data and prepare, analyze, and review reports and spreadsheets for accuracy, completeness, errors, and eligibility.
• Maintain robust ongoing communication with participating customers to assess their needs and gather feedback regarding their program participation experience.
• Implement and suggest programmatic enhancements aimed at elevating our internal capacity to deliver energy-efficiency services to clients and residential initiatives we support.
• Prepare and review necessary documentation for program participation while coordinating with various internal and external departments.
• May be required to participate in and present at community events to raise awareness about programs and educate customers on energy-saving best practices, technologies, and available programs.
• 2-5 years of professional experience with non-profit organizations, residential contracting, community organizing, environmental advocacy, energy efficiency, and/or construction project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong writing and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work effectively under stress, interruptions, and tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Reliable transportation is advantageous, as travel may be required up to 10% of the time in this role.
